Keratometry quiz ah what a terrible thing that happened on this otherwise uneventful day
didnt know how to answer most of the questions. especially drawing one. wtf. i only glanced at the figure ONCE. the only thing i remember was 'wow look at the vertical and horizontal prisms. they look funky.'

Silent Hill not scary at all. NC16? not even gory. tch. storyline was ok. bit sad tho. anyhow the girl's so cute. and the scene with the nurses was hilarious. one of the guys sitting on my right said 'why she don't switch on switch off (the lamp)? hahahahah (laughing with strangers. so weird.) the nurses were attracted to light see, so they only moved when the lamp was switched on. but the whole thing looked like a britney spears music video.
and then there was the part they barbecued the cop. the cop also very funny. she keeps saying 'what the fuck' in the movie. lol. "What the fuck is wrong with you people?!" but mostly she just says wtf!?
ya thats all i have to say about the Silent Hill
more like a comedy.

when we dropped by to visit my uncle we also got to look photos of my dad (and his family) when they were younger
beautiful photos (before digital cameras and autofocus! AMAZING)
black and white (actually brownish).. aged photos just look so.... nice. and some have those embossed edges or whatever it is.

anyway the photos were soooooo funny
dad take picture only got one look - mouth open.

went shopping today

so we went to eat instead. subway AND Carl's Jr (onion rings and crisscut fries)
the onion rings are very funny. the onion inside slips straight out so you're left with just a shell.
i used it as a straw.

in case you were wondering, it is possible to drink through them.

we walked around Suntec a little and ended up at the convention center where Jamie Cullum was performing (halls 601, 602) just like Simple Plan's lol
didnt have tix, so we stood outside for about 10 minutes listening.

i wanted to go in, but there was this BIG indian security guard and one other BIG angmoh guy standing at the entrance. no hope of getting in la.
how was the concert? it sounded like the people inside were having loads of fun *envious*

bought 2 tour shirts.
neither of us are fans or even listen to jamie cullum's music, but our main aim for the day was to buy some FREAKIN CLOTHES CUZ ITS SUPPOSED TO BE THE FREAKIN GSS and i didnt want to go home empty handed.

most people type in singlish, including me, but i don't think that's the biggest problem

i think the greatest influence comes from blogs in really lousy english la. grammar mistakes in every sentence and the weird lingo they use. really messes up my brain.
