as usual i havent really read up or planned ahead. havent done anything sensible people would before leaving. i don't even have insurance cuz i cant find the brochure.
i thought i left it on this table.. but the table has swallowed it.

gosh i am so tired
half packed, loads of things to do before i leave and very much unprepared.
suddenly it seems THE DAY is upon me! (soon la soon)

it seems the miracle is happening! the exchange rate is slightly less shitty than on monday. but not better than last friday.
ALL OF WHICH can't compare to last year's rates.
(there was a time when SGD1 = 85yen, right?)
(there was also a time when there was no SGD and there was only yen. pfffffffffffffffffffffffft!!but thats ancient history.)

the last thing i was dreaming of before i woke up was the song Replay. i could hear ryu's voice so clearly.
and then i heard Kiokuiki. even louder than Replay.
i was wondering how on earth was i dreaming of 2 things at once?
but i felt a sense of urgency from Kiokuiki (even tho its a slow song. hahahaa) perhaps because it was so loud. so i opened my eyes.
turns out kiokuiki is the tone i set for my phone alarm. and i put my phone right next to my pillow. hehe waking up to ryu's voice is nice.

hahahahahahahahahah!

ooook. so i just realised i agreed to work on deepavali. sian!
i shouldnt have agreed to work this long weekend! now im the only one in the family who's working :(

so 3 more days of work. and then 2 days to buy all i need to buy. heck i don't even know if i have enough clothes, but recently my mantra has been 'just wing it la!', so im gonna take a chance and hope nothing goes wrong. hahahahahaha!

oh and i tried my color lenses. grey. he he. i know i am vain. will bring along Oasys also la. cannot beat that in terms of clarity cuz only acuvue lenses fit my eye. the only thing i hate about them is they ride high. damn.

grey isnt much of a color. it looks like... grey. ok. that wasnt useful at all. but i like it.

the mosquito is quite the resilient monster.
it seems to get stronger each time we cross paths.
like for some reason i always miss when i swat it. i fail to kill, that is. and only manage to knock it dizzy for 2 or 3 seconds before it recovers and flies off.

the other day i only wore one side of my contacts so of course i was feeling sick. monovision sucks i don't know how the presbyopes cope.
and my right spectacle lens is scratched and peeling so it has a few blur spots that are quite disturbing.
and i am awfully tired right now.

and maybe i have vergence facility problem. hahahahha i do have some kind of phoria too. was it eso or exo? i don't remember.

i swear never to go to the park on weekends and public holidays.

because people piss me off.

miyavi's got this thing going on. his style is howshouldiputit. kinda girly. HAHAHAHAH but its pretty unique. its quite fun!

music wise (the ones i heard so far) are not bad too.
but of course! or else he wouldnt be so successful.

catchy, fun. some tracks are heavier :S
perhaps grungy? the earlier works i suppose.
guitar's cool too.
his voice? hmmmmmmm no it doesnt sound girly. a little gritty? but in a good way!
so far i like kimi ni negai wo and Subarashikikana, kono sekai
kimi ni negai wo is a beautiful song.
subarashikikana, kono sekai is a mid-tempo groovy kind of song! lol thats not the most apt adjective, but i cant really think of anything else.
